Do you have the Holy Spirit? – Reaching The globe

When Jesus was under the power of the holy spirit, he went doing good everywhere he went. He said in Luke (4:18) “The Spirit of God is upon me because he has anointed me to proclaim the gospel, to give freedom to prisoners, to give sight to the blind and to release the oppressed.”

The only reason Jesus came was to save the lost, and to let all know the good news of the way of God.The church has been established by Christ and the anointing of the Holy Ghost he gave to Christ has been made available to the church. With it, the church shall be empowered to break the powers of darkness, to release the imprisoned and the oppressed. That with the power of the Holy Spirit, the church shall proclaim the gospel of Christ, to preach the good news.

All the church needs is to ask for it. Unfortunately, the church struggles with working under the anointing.

Jesus Instructs in Luke 11:9-13 that the church asks for the Spirit daily. Unfortunately, it is not being done. Unfortunately, signs like unforgiveness, variance, coup-d’état, and lying in the church show the presence of an evil spirit in the church instead of the holy spirit.

We need a heart totally surrendered to God so the Holy Spirit can be claimed.

Do you have the Holy Spirit? Do we have the Spirit of God? As a church it is time to seek it.

In the scriptures, we are told in Romans 8 to identify ourselves as God’s or not.

When the Spirit of God comes inside of us, we can faithfully do what the Lord wants from us. When the Spirit of Christ which makes us children of God comes, we can return our tithes faithfully. Because we don’t have the spirit of God, we cannot forgive. Because we don’t have the Holy Spirit, we cannot overcome anger. Because we don’t have the spirit of God, we come to pray but we have something against each other. Because we don’t have the Spirit of God, we do things to please people. Because we don’t have the spirit of God we cannot come before God in secret to communicate with God.

Because We don’t have the Spirit of God, we are not able to stay in peace with each other.

“If we don’t have the spirit of Christ we are none of His” Do you have the Spirit of God?

You see, the devil is talking over? You see, you even find it difficult to approach the one who has offended you? Do you have the Spirit of God? Where the Spirit of God is, there is total peace. We need the holy spirit in this church. We need the Holy spirit.

If you cannot confidently say you have the spirit, then we need it. We need the spirit to break the yoke of the devil placed on us. We need the power of the Holy Ghost so when we come together to glorify God. Christianity is not a showoff. It is not about a position you have; it is not about just coming to pray at dawn, afternoon, and night. It is about having the Holy Spirit so you can overcome your weaknesses. It is about having the Holy Spirit which qualifies you as a child of God. Ask yourself, “Is the Holy Spirit in Charge?”
